Hastings Trust continues to show they can’t be trusted

When you get supposedly unteachable young people articulating so well and with such passion about why they don’t want an educational project to close it makes you sit up and take notice.  That is exactly what is happening in St  Leonards-on-sea as the ongoing dispute between the alternative education project, the Respond Academy, and Hastings Trust continues to threaten the Academy with eviction.

International Women’s Day at the Respond Academy

Today is International Women’s Day and thousands of groups around the world will have been organising events to mark the economic, political and social achievements of women.

The Respond Academy in St Leonards  organised a day of events for women and girls that started off with a talk on one of the most important subjects in the lives of so many women and that is domestic violence.
