As England gears up for a national election, the American Presidential Election looms over the horizon across the Atlantic. In what has been a trend, the field of prospective candidates is exceptionally crowded, especially on the Republican side. And while the ship of state typically turns slowly, President Obama’s increasing reliance on executive action to avoid protracted congressional gridlock and pie fights has made the question of what party sits in the Oval Office a question of whether the legacy of President Obama will be preserved or dismantled.
